What days are you open?

*Farm Opens to the Public Oct. 8th

*Farm Closes for the Season Nov 1st

 Mondays & Tuesday: Closed to General Public 

Wednesday:              10:00 a.m. to 7:00 P.m.

 Thursday:                 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. 

Friday & Saturday:  10:00 a.m. to  8:00 p.m. 

Sunday:                      12:30 p.m. to  7:00p.m. 

Ticket gate closes 1 hour before closing time. Please plan your trip accordingly. To get the full experience of visiting our farm, please plan at least 2 hours of fun time at the farm.( please bring your own pumpkin vine cutting tools in 2020 due to Covid Restrictions)

How much is admission to the farm?

*Fall Special: Free general admission to the farm with the purchase of a pumpkin from the pumpkin patch for $12.00.( please bring your own pumpkin vine cutting tools in 2020 due to Covid Restrictions)

*General Admission: If you do not wish to choose the Fall Special, Admission is $13.00 plus tax to get into the farm.

*Children age 2 and under will receive a free entry and pumpkin

What does admission include?

Admission includes:

*Wagon Ride, Pumpkin Patch visit and a Pumpkin ( if you Purchased the ‘Fall Special’ ticket), Corn Mazes, Sunflower Fields for pics and flower picking, Hand Picked Bouquet of flowers to take home, Cotton field for Pictures, Playground, Petting Zoo( goat, rabbits,donkey), Corn Bin( closed due to covid Restrictions), Hill Billy Golf, Yard Games, Hippity Hop Race Way, Hay Pyramids,  Music Garden, Shopping at the Shady Grove General Store and Live Music! 

What activities cost additional fees?

Do you have food to purchase while at the farm?

We have Lone Star Grill
The grill has great food and everything you need for just a snack or a full meal. We’ve got the best hamburgers in Shady Grove. We have a full menu of items including hotdogs, corndogs, hamburgers, chips, nachos, candy bars, cold drinks, hot chocolate and coffee, cakes, cookies and other goodies and even FUNNEL CAKES. The Grill is a great place to have a family meal.

Do you have a day for homeschoolers?

 On Oct. 8th the farm will be open for home school groups weekdays days to come and enjoy the farm at a student discounted price of $10. Come and take a self guided educational tour, pick flowers, enjoy a wagon ride, pick out the perfect pumpkin, visit the barn animals, play yard games, play on our playgrounds and corn box, find your way through the maze, enjoy lunch at our grill or bring your own. There is an adventure on every acre here at the farm.

Do you have a day for special needs groups?

Wise Family Farm strives to serve our special needs groups. This year we have NOT set aside days to invite these groups out to the farm for a private day. ( covid  restrictions have limited the ability for us to provide a special day only for these groups.)  For your visit we Suggest Wednesdays, a  low key days that will allow a safe calmer  environment for these visitors to enjoy the farm and allow us to cater to the particular needs of the group. They will get  pick of pumpkins and flowers for the season.  Call to schedule your group with Wanda our Events Coordinator so we know to prepare for your best experience.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept credit cards.  

Do you have a haunted trail or Story Book Trail?

We do not have a haunted trail this year Due to Covid-19. 

We Do have the Story Book Trail on oct 31 for kids at 6pm (see event)

Do you allow photographers to do sessions at the farm?

We do allow photographers; however, we do charge the $12 per person fee to get into the farm during the fall season. 

(please do not move our displays during your visit and respect our other Guests )

Do you close due to weather?

Because we are an outdoor venue, we will be subject to close on rainy days. We may need a few days to let the grounds dry out. Please call ahead to confirm that we are open if it has been a rainy week.
